Bert and his brother Temprano were our first two alpacas. They were bought to be "pets" for our resort. It is because of them we are now full time alpaca farmers.
Bert is an "uncle" for the male weanlings and yearlings. At times he tends to be a bit bossy but when he is on his lead he is very gentle and friendly.
